Soon to be repeat Journey of Awesomeness participant with nothing better to do during the heat of June. Last year’s ride was one of the more memorable events I have participated in and I just could not say no to another round. The ride is something special for not only the cause (CALM), but also for the riders. The 2 days of fellowship is hard to come by in our busy lives and something that we all cherish. Raising money (and that’s where you all come in) for CALM is just “icing on the cake.” Appreciate all the support from everyone.
The 3rd Annual Journey of Awesomeness is a 2-day, 200-mile trek from the beautiful city of Charlottesville, VA to Yorktown, VA. All funds raised benefit Charlottesville Abundant Life Ministries, an awesome organization doing awesome things in Charlottesville - more information about CALM can be found here. Last year, we raised over $60,000 and we're excited and grateful for the opportunity to do it again in 2017!
